This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, luggage storage, and helpful staff. On my first visit, they returned my forgotten items, which I really appreciated. I always feel welcome here and will be coming back for Easter.

Comfortable bed and friendly atmosphere.
During my stay, I had an incredibly frustrating experience. Upon check-in, I was charged for my stay, but the receipt could not be printed due to a paper shortage. The next morning at checkout, they demanded payment again, insisting I hadn’t paid! When I reminded them that I had already paid, they were rude and unhelpful, leaving me feeling cheated and angry. I’ve never faced such poor customer service before.

Great for families looking for comfort
The host Theresa treated us like family, even giving us helpful tips on local eateries that turned out to be real gems. I particularly loved that we could grab tea and coffee anytime, makes you feel at home, right?
It wasn’t exactly a bargain but worth every penny, I’d say.

Station Approach offers a lovely atmosphere with clean, cozy rooms that have everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host, Teresa, is incredibly welcoming and goes out of her way to help guests feel at home. I enjoyed the convenient access to tea and coffee throughout the day.
Not the largest rooms for extended stays.

I enjoyed my stay at Station Approach Bed & Breakfast. The host Teresa was incredibly welcoming, always with a smile. My bed felt really comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. Breakfast every morning was tasty, especially the cooked options that were freshly made. I loved the convenient location near Solihull town center and the easy access to public transport. the room had a draughty window, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. There were also some small bathroom products that felt half-used, and a kettle in the room would have been a lovely touch for late-night tea. These small details could enhance the experience significantly. it's a lovely place to stay, and I would happily return.
