Station Approach B&B Boutique Stays - Solihull

Great place with great wi-fi, luggage storage, and helpful staff. On my first visit, they returned my forgotten items, which I really appreciated. I always feel welcome here and will be coming back for Easter.

We had the twin room provided with drinking water. The location was brilliant and handy: it took about 10 minutes to reach the downtown. Found a place called Turtle Bay, set a minute walk from the hotel, ate there a few times...

The food was excellent and included toast and butter. Greatly enjoyed my room, it was exceptionally nice and with comfy beds, coffee, for example.

Comfortable bed and friendly atmosphere.

I had an frustrating experience. Upon check-in, I was charged for my stay, but the receipt could not be printed due to a paper shortage. The next morning at checkout, they demanded payment again, insisting I hadn't paid! When I reminded them that I had already paid, they were rude and unhelpful, leaving me feeling cheated and angry. I've never faced such poor customer service before.

The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. I loved the flexible breakfast, you could grab what you wanted at any time. The location is perfect, just a short walk to a local shopping mall. And access to a microwave in the lounge was a great plus!

I revisited this lovely place in solihull and it exceeded my expectations. The warm hospitality from teresa was refreshing, and the breakfast selection with made-to-order eggs was fabulous. My room was super clean and spacious.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but worth every penny, I'd say.

Breakfast every morning was tasty, especially the cooked options that were freshly made. I loved the convenient location near Solihull town center and the easy access to public transport. The room had a draughty window, a bit uncomfortable at times. There were also some small bathroom products that felt half-used, and a kettle in the room would have been a lovely touch for late-night tea. These small details could enhance the experience significantly.
